I Dream Of Daddy (Rebroadcast)

Larry has a curious dream about his Dad. He tells stories of his Dad trying to get crooks to go straight and an innocent young Larry believing that transistor radios really do fall off the back of trucks. And speaking of dreams, Larry recites “A Dream” by Edgar Allan Poe. Then he talks about the movie “Charlie Wilson’s War.”

Quote of the week: “He made Luca Brasi look like Pat Boone.”

I don’t know if you will see this but, I feel very blessed to have discovered your podcast when I did. You’re a big impact on what’s helping me get through this tough time that we are all going through, and I just want to say, thank you. Thank you for your heartwarming and comforting sit-downs, where, at least for me, allows me a moment to pause and remember the good. You are the good in what this world has to offer and I am grateful. – (PS: I may have panicked that you wouldn’t post this week and may have annoyed my mum with the concern of your well-being. With much relief you’re okay, please, please continue to stay safe and take care. <3
